The objective of this project was to complete a 1000sf retail fit-out in four weeks to meet an advertised opening date. Delta Design & Construction took this project over from another contractor after the space had been left for two months with just the demolition completed. With a dynamic subcontractor base, we were able to pull together a project team in a matter of days and deliver the space completed, cleaned and ready for the grand opening.
