Project Description
Restaurant fit-out of flagship location for a new multi-unit concept. Delta assisted in determining feasibility and during preconstruction was able to identify significant cost savings through a reengineered mechanical system. This project was completed with an aggressive schedule while coordinating technical structural base building work.

We built our first restaurant in 2005 - a process that required the assessment and selection of an experienced building company.
