Project Description
Despite the emergence of significant structural modifications near the end of the project, Delta was able to keep this project on schedule to meet the required opening date. This project had the unique characteristic of being both ahead of and behind security. Delta worked closely with Massport and the terminal manager to ensure these security concerns were managed correctly.
