This administrative suite renovation project for the college's law school began as a very simple office renovation. However, challenging structural and mechanical issues arose after construction began. As schedule was critical, Delta adapted quickly to implement the structural and mechanical changes, as well as the architectural redesign, and completed this project on schedule.
